AddPlane™ is the Sci3D™ re-orientation software for CAD files.
You may be surprised to find out that not every CAD files using X-Y-Z coordinates the same when it comes to outputting 3D printer files. You might design a part thinking X-Y would be the printer table, just to find your part printed on its side. This can be both inefficient as you can then only fit a limited number of parts on pallet, or could cause unexpected part defects due to laying on a side that was not supportive of the parts structure.
AddPlane™ re-orients the part in the datafile so that it will print as expected.
You can setup a workflow using AddPlane™ along with other Sci3D software to re-orient parts then serialize and palletize them and much more.
